PARTNERS
Rainforest Trust works with in-country non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to establish protected areas throughout the tropics.
Their ability to work with their governments, as well as to build and maintain strong connections to local communities, helps our conservation partners successfully implement land purchase and designation projects.
Besides managing and monitoring reserves, they offer community education and outreach programs for local communities. This typically includes training for employment as forest guards, wildlife monitors and eco-guides.
